🕯️ What makes Shivora Candles different?


Each candle is hand-poured in Ontario using 100% natural soy wax, phthalate-free premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. We focus on clean burning, long-lasting scent, and eco-friendly packaging.


 

 

🌸 Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

 

Yes! All Shivora Candles are vegan, cruelty-free, and made without animal-derived ingredients. We never test on animals — only in cozy Canadian homes.


🔥 Why does my candle need to cure before lighting?

Soy wax needs about 7–10 days to fully cure. This allows the fragrance to bind properly to the wax for a stronger, longer-lasting scent experience.

If you’ve just received your candle, we recommend waiting at least one week before lighting for the best aroma.

✨ How long do your candles burn?

 

 

 


  • 8 oz jars:  40 – 45 hours
  • 10 oz jars:  50 – 55 hours
  • 16 oz jars:  60 – 70 hours
    To maximize burn time, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and let the melt pool reach the edges.


 

 

 

💌 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

 

Yes! We offer free delivery on orders $75 and up across Canada, and local pickup options in Ontario (exact location shown at checkout).

 

 


📦 How long does shipping take?

We typically ship within 2–4 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.





🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?



Absolutely! Add a note during checkout if you’d like gift wrapping or a personalized message card included with your order.


 

🕯️ How should I care for my soy candle?


  • Always burn on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Let the candle burn for 2–3 hours during the first use.
  • Keep away from drafts and out of reach of children or pets.
  • Stop burning when ¼ inch of wax remains.


 

 

 

🌎 What is your return policy?

 

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shivoracandles@gmail.com with a photo of the item.

We’ll happily replace or refund your order.
